We began by removing the diseased and unsalvageable teeth, treating the abscesses and completing multiple fillings to stabilise the remaining teeth. He also underwent gum disease treatment to create healthy foundations.

We used long-term provisional crowns and bridges to guide the bite into a stable position, allowing us to test aesthetics, function and comfort before moving to the final restorations. This step is crucial to ensure the result is long-lasting and predictable.
Once everything was stable and balanced, we rebuilt his smile with gum surgery, crowns, bridges and beautifully matched veneers to restore shape, symmetry and brightness.
