Sam is a thoughtful, approachable dentist who’s passionate about helping people feel confident in their smiles and comfortable in the dental chair. Known for his calm manner and genuine care, he takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, creating treatment plans that feel personal, achievable, and reassuring from start to finish.
After graduating with distinction from Newcastle Dental School, Sam gained valuable surgical experience working in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Sunderland Royal Hospital. This strong clinical foundation allows him to offer a wide range of advanced treatments, including dental implants and complex oral surgery, all delivered with care and precision.
Dedicated to continually developing his skills, Sam has completed extensive post-graduate training in dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic and restorative dentistry, and root canal treatment. He’s a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Association of Dental Implantology, and also plays an active role in shaping the future of private dentistry as a committee member of the North East Private Dentists Society.
Sam’s patients value his balance of clinical excellence and empathy — he combines advanced technology with a people-first approach, making even complex treatments feel relaxed and manageable.
Outside the clinic, Sam enjoys cooking, golf, and travelling. He shares life with Harriet and their cocker spaniel, Lola, and loves exploring the North East countryside or heading to the Lake District for a weekend away.
